The GeekFind artist community is built upon respect for creatives and their intellectual property rights, including the intellectual property rights of third parties. The GeekFind does not tolerate intellectual property rights infringement and we ask our affiliate artist to be conscious of this when submitting new works. In keeping with this commitment, it is against our policy for artist to upload works that infringes upon the copyright of any third parties. Simply put, our policies restrict submitting artist from taking the work of others and presenting it as their own.

The GeekFind Cares about the intellectual property rights of other parties. It is our policy to respond to a claim that specific content posted on the site infringes upon the intellectual property or copyright of any person or third party.

Please note that there are some circumstances in which it is possible to use a copyrighted work without infringing upon the copyright of the owner. In the United States for example, copyrights are limited by the doctrine of “fair use,” which permits certain uses of copyrighted material, such as parody, satire, and social commentary.
